You cannot mix an eSIM with phone top-up or gift cards in the same cart. Clear the cart first if it already has those products.

A country plan is listed for one destination, such as Faroe Islands. Europe covers many European countries on one plan. Global covers a wide list of countries on one plan. If Faroe Islands has no local eSIM in the catalog, a Global or Europe plan may still include it in coverage. Check the coverage list on each plan.

The ICCID is the serial number of your eSIM profile. Save it. You will need it later if you top up this same eSIM. An existing-eSIM top-up uses the ICCID only. It does not issue a new QR. A new eSIM purchase never asks for an ICCID.
