Influencer Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
Welcome to the ChatRefill Influencer Program. By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The program allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to ChatRefill.com. ChatRefill reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with or without notice.
2. Eligibility & Application
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program
- You must have an active social media presence or audience
- Applications are subject to review and approval by ChatRefill
- ChatRefill reserves the right to reject any application without explanation
- One account per person - duplicate accounts will be terminated
3. Commissions & Payments
Commission Structure:
- Purchase-Based: Earn a percentage of the ChatRefill service fee (not product or gift-card face value)
- View-Based: Earn $0.001 - $0.01 per qualified view
- Hybrid: Combination of both commission types
- Commissions are only paid on completed transactions
- Purchase / percentage commissions are based on the ChatRefill fee after any influencer fee discount
- There is a 7-day hold period for fraud protection; some earnings may be in risk hold
- Minimum payout amount is $25.00 USD (may vary by account)
- Commission rates are determined by ChatRefill and may be adjusted based on performance
- Refunds or chargebacks will result in commission reversals
4. Attribution & Tracking
- Attribution window is 30 days from click to purchase
- Only purchases made through your unique referral link will be attributed to you
- Self-referrals (purchases by you using your own link) are not eligible for commissions
- ChatRefill's tracking system is the sole determinant of attribution
5. Influencer Promo Codes
Approved influencers may request one unique promo code. ChatRefill must approve the code before customers can redeem it on top-up or gift card checkout.
- Each influencer may submit one promo code; re-submit is allowed only after rejection
- Customers may redeem an influencer code once after a paid purchase (top-up or gift card)
- You may not use your own influencer promo code
- Purchase commissions are calculated on the ChatRefill fee after any fee discount — not on product price or gift-card face value
- The promo code does not replace your purchase, views, or hybrid earning plan
- Earnings may be placed in risk hold and are not withdrawable until released
Commission basis
Example: ChatRefill fee $4 at 20% = $0.80 commission. If your promo reduces the fee to $0, purchase commission may be $0 unless ChatRefill assigned a fixed acquisition reward.
6. Prohibited Activities
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination:
- Fraudulent clicks, views, or purchases
- Spam or unsolicited marketing
- Misleading or false advertising
- Violation of any platform's terms of service
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems
- Purchase of fake followers or engagement
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
7. Payouts
- Payout methods include: Zelle, PayPal, MonCash
- Payout requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days
- Payment processing takes 3-5 business days after approval
- You are responsible for providing accurate payout information
- ChatRefill is not responsible for fees charged by payment processors
- All payouts are subject to review and approval
- Only available balance can be withdrawn; pending, reserved, and risk-hold balances cannot
8. Account Termination
ChatRefill reserves the right to suspend or terminate your influencer account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent activity
- Low performance or inactivity
- Any reason deemed necessary by ChatRefill
Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited, and you will not be eligible to reapply without explicit permission.
9. Intellectual Property
- You may use ChatRefill logos and branding materials provided by us
- You may not modify ChatRefill branding without permission
- All ChatRefill trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of ChatRefill
- You grant ChatRefill permission to use your name and content for promotional purposes
10. Limitation of Liability
ChatRefill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions paid to you in the previous 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
ChatRefill may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
